At IQLAND, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. Below you will find our updated return and refund policy, designed to offer clarity and transparency.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, whether the item is defective or non-defective. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@iqland.ca or fill out the Contact form on our website. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will need to download and print your own return label, as the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will be required to download and print the return label. Once you have shipped the item, please share the tracking information with us. Returned items should be sent to: CP 79065, LAVAL RPO DES OISEAUX, QC, H7L 5J1, Canada.

Condition of Returned Items

Only items in their original, new condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging) will be accepted for return. Items that are returned damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a refund.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are still the responsibility of the customer.
